So I'm still around DevArt, not on as much as I used to be but still here.

Yes, yes I know. I need to upload some new work. Haven't honestly drawn in a long time though.
I spend way too many hours of the week playing World of Warcraft lately. Said to myself It'd be like Everquest and Everquest 2, and I'd not get drawn into a monthly pay to play game. Boy was I wrong. 10 characters later and only been playing since late last December?...lol
Only one level 70 character though. My Blood Elf Paladin, Doombringer. (I'll upload a pic of him in a few minutes.)
I suppose the deciding factor in my sticking with the game over the others I'd played is that real world friends are playing it and we have our own guild. Add in Ventrilo to do voice chat, and it's a great social tool as well.

I still play on my xbox360 but nowhere near as much. Still want Ninja Gaiden II and some other new games...hard to keep me away from my console(s).

Alright. MK vs DC. You knew I was going to say something about it in this journal entry if you are one of my MKO friends right? lol

Not really looking forward to the game at all. Toned down fatalities isn't the reason, just the fact that I don't expect half the cool DC characters that are out there that could make the game fun will be in there.
Deathstroke the Terminator, Lobo, Azrael. Doubt we will see them in the game. Heck I doubt we will even see Poison Ivy though she would make an easy choice.
All I see from this merger is that it will be a toned down game aimed squarely at the kids. Not the Dark game we are all used to. :-/

However... the story is almost guaranteed to be great. Jimmy Palmotti is writing it up.

They say they are focusing on the gameplay this game so all I can hope is that they come through. I, like a lot of MK fans, dislike the union overall but it could turn around and surprise me. Have to wait and see I guess.

RE5 looks cool, with coop gameplay included it should be really fun. Friday the 13th March 2009 we'll be playing it if it comes out as planned.

Gears of War 2 will be fun as well, looking forward to that one as well.

So back to Art. Need some inspiration to draw something up first. Maybe something WoW related? I dunno. If you have any suggestions, leave them here it might give me some ideas! Maybe some new Spidey Art or something...

I love the summer and hate the summer. Love the sun and no snow, hate the humidity and the heat. Bleh. Too hot to sleep at night!

Hmm, servers should be back up on WoW, (it's tuesday, maintenance day) so I could hop on there and do some dailies up and work on more Pvp armor too. Maybe i'll pick up my controller and play some MK again for a bit too, who knows?

Not seen The new Batman movie but it's getting rave reviews. The movie I'm looking forward to seeing is The Watchmen! That will be the one to see IMO.

Hope everyone is having a great summer, wish there were something more of interest to speak about on here about my life at the moment, but really there isn't.
